Refunds

We have a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase. After that purchases may qualify for a gift card return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items with deodorant, smoke, animal fur or any other debris/residue will not be eligible for a store credit gift card. We reserve the right to refuse any items that show signs of wear or tear even if original tags are still in tact. 

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a full store credit for the purchase price within 14 days; or in the form of a gift card, via an email with a gift card code, after 14 days. Please allow up to 5 business days from the time the item is received back to us to be issued a credit; or 15 days to issue a gift card via email. We do not issue cash refunds on credit card sales.

*If your item is received after the 14 day return window policy and/or not in original condition, your item will be returned back to you via USPS ground shipping.

Please allow up to 72 hours to respond, as our response times are longer. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue and make it right. We inspect every item that comes in to our showroom before they are allowed to be sold, so you can be assured you're receiving an item that has been checked for our standard of quality.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items. 

Exchanges
